They will help go through your needs with you so that you don’t end up with a pile of services that aren’t going to be useful for you or your business. And most of them have been trained as certified technicians as well, so they know the products inside and out. All of our installation jobs are done by our in-house factory trained technicians. You will never see a sub-contractor show up to take care of the work because we don’t believe in farming out business to someone else. Many of our technicians have decades of real world field experience, so we don’t need to pass jobs off to another company. Everything stays in house.

And we aren’t done once the installation is finished. Included with every install job is unlimited user and administrator training. We aren’t satisfied until every member of your staff knows how to get the most out of your system. We also offer follow-up training a month or two after installation and changes in system programming, neither of which will cost you a cent. Andy made the process of switching from our old landline phone system to a VOIP (which incorporates our two locations) seamless. Installation by Tom was a breeze, and everything works exactly as we would like it to. All questions we had were answered extremely promptly, and my only regret is not changing over sooner.
